Program Manager
Our Program Managers are leaders with experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary projects and long project schedules. These individuals often have 15 to 25 years experience and can coordinate large teams, in multiple locations. They have advanced project management knowledge and are excellent communicators.

Project Manager
Glenridge project managers apply a methodology built on the PMI Framework using detailed project plans, scope and design documents, issue logs, communication plans, risk and change management plans, all developed with input from team members and customers. They meet regularly with team members and customers to clarify project requirements and to ensure meeting the stated schedule and budget. Our project Managers typically have over seven (7) years of experience.

Project Coordinator
Glenridge project coordinators assist the project manager by providing scheduling support, documenting business requirements, monitoring and controlling tasks, and communicating with stakeholders. Project coordinators are energetic, ambitious project leaders with 3 to 7 years experience.

Business Analyst

They are experienced liaisons with business partners and know how to translate wishes into realistic business requirements. They work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and assist the project manager with controlling change. Business analysts often participate in data modeling, work flow analysis, and quality assurance activities such as writing test scripts and developing use cases.

Communications Specialist
